Daily Rate of Pay depending upon experience and qualification
We are looking to recruit cover staff, to be responsible for supervising a class when a teacher is absent on a casual basis, to meet the needs of our school. We are keen to build a bank of cover staff who are fully embedded with our ethos, policies and procedures. This position would suit an adult who is flexible, resilient, has good communication skills and is able to build a rapport with young people.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

Senior Pastoral Lead
37.5 hours per week (Term Time Only or All Year Round considered)
Salary: Scale 10 (£37,188 - £43,592)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced member of staff to join our Pastoral and Safeguarding teams in our school. We would welcome applications from an experienced pastoral leader or someone with significant safeguarding experience.
The Senior Pastoral Leader is responsible for the carrying out delegated Designated Safeguarding Lead responsibilities and the day-to-day management of the Mental Health Hub. In addition, the post holder will provide support and act as a positive role model to the Academy’s pastoral teams and act as the primary liaison with external agencies.
Applicants should be hard working, professional and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
