We are looking to recruit cover staff, to be responsible for supervising a class when a teacher is absent on a casual basis, to meet the needs of our school. We are keen to build a bank of cover staff who are fully embedded with our ethos, policies and procedures. This position would suit an adult who is flexible, resilient, has good communication skills and is able to build a rapport with young people.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

£5,175.36 per annum, 10 hours per week, term time only
6.30am to 8.30am each day, Monday to Friday
We are seeking to appoint reliable individuals to join our Cleaning Team to be responsible for cleaning various areas of the school during term time. You will need to be conscientious and hard working to ensure areas are cleaned to a very high standard for our staff and students.
Duties include but are not limited to: emptying waste bins and transporting waste; sweeping floors; mopping floors; vacuuming; dusting and replenishing consumable items.
You will need to have good people skills, be able to work as part of an effective team and understand and carry out instructions. The ability to work additional shifts and additional hours when required would be an advantage.

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to increase your employment skills and experience? Working as part of our team, duties will include but are not limited to:
- Responding to routine enquiries by telephone and email
- Greeting visitors to the Marsh Academy site.
- Provide clerical support e.g. photocopying, filing, e-mailing, faxing, and the completion and processing of routine forms.
- Maintain manual and computerised record/information systems.
Working in partnership with East Sussex College, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to achieve a level 2 qualification whilst gaining employment experience at the Academy.
