Hard, Intense but Fun!
A fun, high intensity series of aerobic circuits combined with muscular strength and endurance exercises to give you a full body workout. Every week is a different workout - one week you may be powering it out with a tabata style workout out, the next you may be bouncing through your workout or putting the fate of your workout into a pair of dice! Suited to the more advanced exerciser.
